WHAT DOES A DEMON LOOK LIKE?

The Angelic realm is non corporeal. They do not have a body. In pure shape they can appear as an irregularly shaped, 3 dimensional mass, generally circular. In actuality, they appear as the air in front of your face. They’re quite simply invisible to the eye. The presence is definite and is either beneficent or malevolent. The odor of sulphur has been correctly indicated as an indicator of the demonic for centuries.

The aroma of the angelic has seldom been discussed. If you recall a particularly wonderful event you experienced in your life while alone, you might have quite fleetingly caught a whiff of a pure, somewhat sweetish smell. The association is with the angelic, as related in the cadacean’s text.

Demonic images are created in your brain by demons. They can exert tremendous influence, or actually enter the brain. It is DMT in the pineal gland of the brain that responds to the demon. In that case, they will manifest in physical form. Because you believe your brain and what your eyes are telling you, the appearance is genuine. It is as real as the screen you are reading this on, or the paper that holds your gaze. Your conscious mind cannot perceive the difference. Just as a dream is reality while asleep, (whether the dreamer is aware they are dreaming or not), the section of your brain that controls your perception of reality is the executive branch of your thoughts.

Demons appear in the mind as they desire. The demonic images in grimoires were created in the minds of the artists by demons. Similarly, Angelic images are created in the mind. Incubus and Succubus type demons do exist. The presence is strongly felt during hypnagogic hallucinations. The following paragraphs explain this phenomenon as compiled from the text of many human sources; however, it was prepared from a scientific perspective:

Sights

Among the more commonly reported, and more thoroughly researched, sensory features of hypnagogia are phosphenes which can manifest as seemingly random speckles, lines or geometrical patterns, including form constants or as figurative (representational) images. They may be monochromatic o r richly colored, still or moving, flat or three-dimensional (offering an impression of perspective). Imagery representing movement through tunnels of light is also reported. Individual images are typically fleeting and given to very rapid changes.

Sounds

Hypnagogic imagery is often auditory or has an auditory component. Like the visuals, hypnagogic sounds vary in intensity from faint impressions to loud noises, such as crashes and bangs (exploding head syndrome). People may imagine their own name called or a doorbell ringing. Snatches of imagined speech are common. While typically nonsensical and fragmented, these speech events can occasionally strike the individual as apt comments on—or summations of—their thoughts at the time. They often contain word play, neologisms and made-up names. Hypnagogic speech may manifest as the subject's own inner voice, or as the voices of others: familiar people or strangers. More rarely, poetry or music is heard.

Sleep paralysis

Humming, roaring, hissing, rushing, zapping, and buzzing noises are frequent in conjunction with sleep paralysis. The paralysis itself is frequently accompanied by additional phenomena. Typical examples include a feeling of being crushed or suffocated, electric tingles or vibrations, imagined speech and other noises, the imagined presence of a visible or invisible entity, and sometimes intense emotion: fear or euphoria and orgasmic feelings. SP has been proposed as an explanation for at least some shadow people hauntings.

Other sensations

Gustatory, olfactory and thermal sensations in hypnagogic have all been reported, as well as tactile sensations (including those kinds classed as paresthesia and fornication). Sometimes there is synesthesia; many people report seeing a flash of light or some other visual image in response to a real sound. Proprioceptive effects may be noticed, with numbness and changes in perceived body size and proportions, feelings of floating or bobbing, and out-of-body experiences. 

Many other artists, writers, scientists and inventors including Beethoven, Richard Wagner, Walter Scott, Salvador Dali, Thomas Edison, Nikola Tesla and Isaac—have credited hypnagogia and related states with enhancing their creativity. Hypnagogic phenomena may be interpreted as visions, prophecies, premonitions, apparitions and inspiration (artistic or divine), depending on the experiencers' beliefs and those of their culture.

Demons appear as the desire in the mind of the viewer. They can be extremely grotesque. Their presence is more than a mere hallucination. The viewer cannot discriminate between reality and fantasy. It should be noted that even though the spirit is immaterial and the image a vision, the entity truly is present.
